Just because I have not been posting here doesn't mean I have been absent from the interwebs - au contraire amigos! I have been regularly chronicling every exciting twist and turn in the fascinating plot that is our lives over on FB ... because who doesn't want to know what we're eating on Christmas Day or what the weather is in Melbourne or which BodyPump release kicked my ass ...
Lucky for you I found an app that will retrieve your FB status updates as far back as available. For me, that was Feb 2010.

is at YMCA of the Rockies - holy cow, it is stunning here. Took a spectacular horse ride yesterday with the girls. Now they are enrolled in the longest continuously operating YMCA day camp in the USA and the grown-ups are going hiking.

enjoyed a nice dinner at Bombay by Night with the Bayside crew of the Melbourne Rotary (which is, I have been told [over and over] the oldest Rotary in Australia) ... emphasis on old. I was the youngest person there. Food and wine and conversation were lovely though.

thinks CPS puts on the most gorgeous cake stalls. No dry crumbly brownies on a daggy paper plate here - but amazing looking homemade cakes and biscuits beautifully packaged with doilies, ribbons and custom designed tags. Blow any PTA bake sale I ever saw in the US out of the water.

- evidently LT gave Zoe $10 to take to the Mothers' Day stall at school - assuming she would buy something and bring him change ... instead, I got FOUR gifts: a manicure kit, one of those fragrance diffusers (with the sticks in the oil), a puppy dog magnetic note pad and a shower gel / washcloth set. I hope she left some goods at the stall for other CPS mums ;-)

has to vacuum the feathers off the kitchen floor ... a friggin bird flew in (not even a pretty one like a lorikeet or rosella - but a plain old pigeon) and I had to coax it back out by sort of encouraging it into the laundry room then shutting the door to the kitchen and opening the one to the patio. Quinnie thought it was all very exciting.
